Why Do I Have To keep Logging in When I've Already Logged In?
In order to prevent the login page from appearing over and over again you need to enable cookies for your browser. The website user login will not function without them.
Firefox browser:
On your browser click on Tools, then Options, then Privacy, then check 'Accept Cookies From Sites', and then 'OK'.
Internet Explorer:
On your browser click Tools, then Internet Options, then Privacy, then adjust setting to any setting below 'High'.
If you cannot log in check the following:
- Double check your username and password. Usernames are uppercase and lowercase sensitive.
- Watch that alphabet characters such as I, O, L, or Z are not confused with numbers that look similar, eg. zero and the letter O, uppercase 'i' and lowercase 'l', numer one and the letter 'l', or Z and 2. If you use a zero in place of the letter 'O' it will be rejected as incorrect.
- Request a new password from the login page. Your Username and new password will be sent to your registered email address.
- There maybe an internet or system server problem. Wait 1 minute and try again.
To request a new password:
- go to the login page,
- click on the Request new password tab,
- enter your email address or username.
- A new password will be emailed to the email address that is registered with your account.
If the email registered to your account is no longer working please contact our office.
